Please bring your paper or e-voucher to pay for your experience and give it to us on arrival.  We need its unique reference code. Vouchers cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.  Please don’t try to book on bank holidays and seasonal events as these are excluded. All bookings require 48 hours’ notice to cancel. If cancelling within this time the full charge will be made by redeeming the voucher. The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. The whole value of the voucher must be used at one time; any outstanding value cannot be retained for another visit. Please seek our permission before using one of our vouchers for promotional or commercial use. We may need to change our T&Cs on occasion and will do as we need to.
